Have you come to dread Thanksgiving dinner because it’s always somewhere between your first and second helping of mashed potatoes that you realize you forgot to plan for #GivingTuesday? Even with the massive movement behind the global day of giving which generated more than $116 million for charities in 2015 alone, it can still can sneak up on busy nonprofit professionals. No need to panic or risk turkey day stress-induced indigestion, though! You’ve got time before this year’s November 29th big event and we are here to hand you a few tools to build success! With Release 3.75, the Salesforce.org Nonprofit Starter Pack adds NPSP Opportunity fields to field sets and tweaks the way the magic word REPLACE is used for Account Name updates: We love working with good people to serve the nonprofit sector and, in terms of good people, it's hard to top the good folks at Redpath Consulting Group. The team at Redpath are wise in the ways of Salesforce.com, skilled at serving nonprofits, and have long hosted our mascot, Phil Penn Gwynn, in their Minneapolis offices. Given all this, we couldn't be happier to welcome them as the latest Soapbox Engage Partner.
Some partnerships are just destined to be. We couldn't feel more strongly about our latest as we warmly welcome iATS Payments, a leading provider of payment processing services for nonprofit organizations, into the Soapbox Engage family. Now, nonprofits can elect to use iATS for the seamless processing of online donations and event registrations with Soapbox. What is more, they can choose to have data from each donation and registration saved to Salesforce in real-time. With the latest release of Soapbox Actions, nonprofits can create powerful and persuasive online letter writing campaigns that target key decision makers and save supporter data and letter details straight to their Salesforce instance.
With Release 3.74, the Nonprofit Starter Pack improves its Spanish and broadens its professional aspirations: There's something about the great outdoors that gives you the opportunity to think about big ideas. While my fellow Soapbox Engage teammates plan another year of innovations in the Sierra Nevada, I've pulled together some of the big ideas straight from our Power of Us Hub community from the past week. Grab a hiking stick and come join us at our warming hut of Salesforce knowledge. Coffee is on the house. Don't forget, you can have the goodness of the PUB Crawl delivered into your inbox each Monday morning by subscribing today! With release 3.73, the Nonprofit Starter Pack learns Spanish thanks to a dedicated group of volunteer translators:
Brace yourselves, friends. I'd recommend topping of your beverage before starting. Don't forget, you can have the goodness of the PUB Crawl delivered into your inbox each Monday morning by subscribing today!

Ah, the joy of a warm spring day in an election season. At least that's what my Pacific Northwest friends have been telling me as multiple weeks of Seattle-like weather sweeps through the nation's capital. No worries for you, though, as that's just mean more coffee shop time for me to curate the largest PUB Crawl edition in the history of humanity!
Did you know there's a group of users, consultants, and Salesforce.org employees working together to provide advice and guidance for the Nonprofit Starter Pack (NPSP)? These folks represent and voice the needs of the NPSP community, and strive to build a more effective software solution for our ecosystem.
We're always looking for ways to make it easier for you to keep up with the latest in the Nonprofit Starter Pack (NPSP). While our Release Notes Rundown videos are a great way to get a quick, concise view of each NPSP release, we wanted to dive into a bit more detail for folks that would like to learn more. Today, we're excited to share the first of what we hope to be a new podcast series of interviews highlighting the great things happening under the hood of the NPSP.
