Question for the group! Matt Devine (Matt Devine)

This Trailblazer is asking whether anyone has guidance or steps for recreating two NPC Agents (Prospect Research and Participant Management) inside NPSP, since those Agents weren’t rolled out to NPSP customers but were said to be buildable. If you have any advice or ideas, share them here!

Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Make NPC Fundraising Objects Native in MCAE B2BMA Integration User
    Luke Dalach (Accelerate Cloud Solutions)

In order to use NPC Fundraising Objects as custom objects in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), the B2BMA Integration User needs a Fundraising_Access license. This Trailblazer is proposing that this feature should be included and not require a paid license.
