A couple people have weighed in in the comments, sharing approaches like using NPSP roll-ups to calculate a “good until” date for giving patterns, assigning renewal tasks or Engagement Plans via Flows, and leveraging reports or related lists to identify and take action on donors who have missed expected gifts. 1. NPC: Automating Gift Commitment Processing After Data Imports
   Persistent Admin (Persistent Admin)

   Admins importing Gift Commitments into NPC via Data Loader or Org Inspector currently need to manually run the standard Process Gift Commitments flow to generate unpaid Gift Transactions. Here's an idea to extend native functionality so that new Gift Transactions are automatically created for active commitments after imports, eliminating workarounds like scheduled triggered flows and reducing errors during large data migrations.
